Sean Fleming was 34 when he was shot and killed outside a ground-floor apartment at 4848 NW 24th Court in Lauderdale Lakes, Florida, on October 18, 2014. The shooting followed an ongoing argument between Fleming and 31-year-old Herman Farrell, who allegedly believed Fleming had stolen from him. Farrell reportedly shot Fleming multiple times; Fleming died at the scene.

The Broward Sheriff’s Office identified Farrell as the primary suspect.
