Wilson Ngov, 43, of Myakka City, Florida, was shot and killed inside a home on State Road 70 East on February 8, 2010. Deputies who responded around 4 p.m. found Ngov dead after an altercation with his 77-year-old father-in-law, Lim Chhea. The argument reportedly centered on a dispute involving a goat and escalated to gunfire.

At the time of the shooting four other people were in the house: two children, aged 5 and 12, and the wives of Ngov and Chhea. No one else was physically injured. Lim Chhea was arrested at the scene and charged with Ngov’s murder.

The case description says the conflict over the goat reflected ongoing tensions between the men. Did anyone in the Myakka City area know the family or have information about disputes between them?
