Sandra Jean Graham, 21, of West Tampa, Florida, was murdered and her remains recovered on April 26, 1980. Her body was found in a shallow grave on the Mansfield family property in Weeki Wachee, Florida, and was identified by forensic dental records after her disappearance from a lounge in West Tampa.

The primary suspect named in connection with Sandra’s killing was Billy Mansfield Jr., a convicted sex offender who was already in custody in Santa Cruz, California, awaiting trial on the rape and murder of a 30-year-old woman. Investigators developed information linking Mansfield Jr. to Sandra on the night she vanished. The search of the Mansfield property produced four female victims, including Sandra and 15-year-old Elaine Ziegler of Ohio.

William Mansfield, the father, was a convicted sex offender serving a lengthy prison sentence but was not considered a suspect in the graves found on the property. Brothers Gary and Robby Mansfield faced separate criminal allegations; Gary was once charged as an accessory in California but later cooperated and the charge was dropped, while Robby was arrested on burglary and grand theft charges.

Does anyone have information about Sandra’s last known movements in West Tampa or the lounge she disappeared from?
