I recently stumbled across an interesting aspect of the Lake Wilson case that hasn't been thoroughly discussed. I read that one of the primary suspects had a rather tumultuous relationship with Wilson, stemming from a property dispute. It seems there was a parcel of land that both had vested interests in, which led to several heated exchanges. I'm curious if any locals or historians here have more information on the nature of this dispute? More specifically, were there any rumors or documented altercations between Wilson and this individual that might provide insight into their relationship? Additionally, it's always haunting to think that even after all these years, the Wilson family still doesn't have answers. I can't imagine how frustrating and painful it must be to live with so many unresolved questions. I hope we can continue to piece together bits of the history to finally shed some light on what truly happened to Lake. Anyone else have thoughts on this angle or any other peculiarities about this case?
