Gerald Commodore, 22, was found with gunshot wounds on March 18, 2013, in the 3000 block of Windsor Avenue in the Walbrook neighborhood of West Baltimore. The shooting occurred around 12:30 p.m.; first responders treated him but he died shortly after being discovered.

Authorities appealed to the public for help, but investigators received little cooperation, and no arrests or publicly identified suspects have been announced. Commodore’s killing was one of many homicides that year in a city struggling with pervasive gun violence.

If anyone saw activity around Windsor Avenue that afternoon or has information about this case, please share what is known with law enforcement.
