Roger Dale Littleton was 56 and lived in Toccoa, Georgia. A self-employed carpenter who enjoyed hunting and fishing, he spent most of his life in Stephens County. On the night of July 4, 2019, an argument at a home on Antioch Church Road escalated into fatal violence; deputies found Littleton’s body on the ground outside the residence after responding to a late-evening 911 report of a possible aggravated assault.
Authorities identified 53-year-old Jerry Nathaniel Wall of Habersham County as the man who had been involved in the dispute. Wall was taken into custody at the scene without incident and charged with murder; he was initially held in the Habersham County jail without bond.
Are there witnesses or neighbors who recall the events on Antioch Church Road that night?
