A domestic dispute in the early morning hours of June 22, 2019, ended with Everton Carter dead in his Flowery Branch, Georgia, home. Carter, 44, was found by deputies from the Hall County Sheriff’s Office with a single gunshot wound to his torso at a residence on Sable Court.
