Christian Thomas was 20 when he was found with fatal injuries at the Cumberland Court Apartments on Meadow Run Circle in Valdosta, Georgia, on the evening of January 8, 2019. Police discovered him about 8:30 p.m.; an autopsy confirmed he died of several gunshot wounds.

Valdosta Police detectives interviewed witnesses and gathered information that led to identification of two suspects. Arrest warrants for felony murder were issued for Kievon Hundley and another individual.
