On the early morning of August 8, 2015, Reginald Foster, 29, was inside Ms. Jack’s Place on Maddox Road in Morrow, Georgia, when a gunshot rang out shortly before 3 a.m. Foster was taken to Southern Regional Hospital but died of his injuries.
Witnesses at the bar identified an alleged shooter as Quantavius Robinson, also known as Ray Ray. Following those eyewitness accounts, the Clayton County Police Department sought warrants charging Robinson with murder, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, and asked the public for help locating him.
What did anyone who was at Ms. Jack’s Place that night see that could help clarify what happened?
