On the late afternoon of May 15, 2015, 27-year-old Marquez Glover was found dead just inside the entrance of his apartment at 2606 Hartford Run in Buford, Georgia. Police responded to a 911 call at about 4:43 p.m. and determined Glover had sustained multiple gunshot wounds.

Investigators identified a suspect quickly. The next day, 26-year-old Keenan Morey Robinson of Douglasville was arrested and held without bond at the Gwinnett County jail. Authorities say the motive appeared to be robbery; Robinson was charged with murder and armed robbery. Reports indicate Robinson had a prior burglary conviction in Douglas County, had been released from prison the previous March, and was on parole at the time. Robinson was identified as a person of interest early in the investigation.
