Todd Little was 29 when he was shot and killed on the night of May 12, 2007, in the 2300 block of Druid Hill Avenue in Baltimore. Gunfire left him fatally wounded and he did not survive.

Investigators were hindered by a lack of cooperation from witnesses in a year when the city was experiencing very high levels of lethal violence and the police department’s resources were strained. The specific events that led to the shooting, a motive, and any clear suspect have not been established publicly.
