Jarrah Alexander, 26, was shot on the evening of April 13, 2016, in the 14900 block of Irving Avenue in Dolton, Illinois. Multiple 911 calls brought officers to the scene about 7:30 p.m., where Alexander was found unresponsive on the front lawn of a home with a gunshot wound. He was taken to Ingalls Memorial Hospital in Harvey and pronounced dead at 9:54 p.m.
