Timothy Norris, 36, of Decatur, Illinois, was shot and killed on August 13, 2015. The Macon County Sheriff’s Office has treated his death as a homicide and has offered a substantial reward for information that could lead to a conviction.

The community has been urged to come forward with any information that might help bring the person responsible to justice.
