Kierra Stubbs was 23 and a mother of two when she disappeared the morning of April 24, 2014, in Birmingham, Alabama. After dropping two younger siblings at school she drove with a brother and her son to the Five Points West area to meet a man who had offered money to fix her car brakes. Surveillance shows Kierra getting into a burgundy 2012 Chrysler 200 at about 9:00 a.m.; her brother and young son waited but she never returned. Repeated calls that day to her phone went unanswered.
Police identified the man she met as a person of interest and questioned him; he reportedly said he dropped her back where he picked her up, but no witnesses or evidence have corroborated that. Kierra was described at the time as 5 feet 3 inches, 145 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, last seen in a gray hooded sweatshirt or coat and gray leggings. The case remains open and foul play is suspected; a 2025 tip about remains at an Ensley home prompted a search but nothing was found. Can anyone who knew Kierra or who was in the Five Points West area that morning help with information?
