Draya Michelle Guillory was a six-year-old Black girl described by family as happy, outgoing, and full of joy. On the night of March 20, 2022, she was sitting on a couch at her grandmother’s home in the 1400 block of Mill Street in Lake Charles, Louisiana, when a drive-by shooting occurred. Draya was struck by gunfire and pronounced dead at the scene.

A multi-agency investigation concluded the shooting was retaliatory, tied to an ongoing dispute that included social media arguments; authorities believed the Mill Street residence was the intended target. Investigators said suspects were connected to a group calling themselves the NawfSideBabies. By April 2022, twelve people had been arrested on charges ranging from second-degree murder to criminal conspiracy. On December 12, 2022, a thirteenth suspect, Anthony D. Tyler Jr., 32, was arrested on one count of first-degree murder and charges against Jeremy Donald Collins were upgraded to first-degree murder; police said they believed more than one shooter was involved.

Does anyone who knew Draya or was in that neighborhood that night have information that could help the investigation?
