On February 20, 2021, Herbert Noah Fischbach, 47, was killed while working at the Jefferson Gun Outlet in Metairie, Louisiana. A 27-year-old man, Joshua Jamal Williams, entered the store with a loaded firearm and, after being asked to unload it before entering the shooting range, became agitated and opened fire. Fischbach and 59-year-old Veronica Billiot were fatally wounded; several other employees and customers returned fire and the shootout continued outside the building. Two additional people were hit and survived. Authorities say Williams was the aggressor and was killed in the exchange.

Fischbach, known as Noah, had worked in the film industry as a weapons master and was employed at the gun outlet after work in film slowed during COVID-19. He is survived by his wife and son. Does anyone have information about Noah, his work at the gun outlet, or the people present that afternoon?
