Sheniquel Sade O’Neal, 29, was found dead in her vehicle on Interstate 220 near Airline Drive in Bossier City, Louisiana, in the early morning of January 17, 2020. Investigators determined she had been fatally shot and that her vehicle had crashed as a result of the incident. The case was initially the only unsolved homicide in Bossier City that year.
Detectives later linked her killing to a separate January 30, 2020, shooting in which a young girl was injured, and investigators say both incidents were tied to an ongoing feud related to illegal drugs. Three people were arrested and charged in connection with O’Neal’s death: Roger Hicks was charged with first-degree murder and with attempted first-degree murder in the later shooting; Aaron Simmons was charged with first-degree murder; and Tamara Green was charged with accessory after the fact to first-degree murder and failure to report certain felonies.
If anyone has information about O’Neal, her movements that night, or either of the January shootings, please share what is known.
