Chad Miller was 29 when he was found in front of his apartment in Harvey, Louisiana, suffering multiple gunshot wounds to his side on May 23, 2016. Emergency services rushed him to a hospital that day, where he later died. Investigators at the scene recovered three AK-47 casings and one .380 casing.
The investigation identified three male suspects. On May 27 two men turned themselves in: 28-year-old Charlie George and 17-year-old David Foster. A third man, 20-year-old Jeremy Ratliff of New Orleans, was arrested on August 24 by the U.S. Marshal’s Gulf Coast Regional Task Force in unincorporated Gretna. All three were charged with second-degree murder in connection with Miller’s death.
Are there any witnesses or neighbors who remember activity outside that apartment building on May 23, 2016?
