Anthony D. ’Meatball’ Citizen, 32, was shot and killed near Peach Bloom Highway in Church Point, Louisiana. Deputies responded to a shots-fired call just before midnight on April 17, 2016, and found Citizen deceased from multiple gunshot wounds; his body was taken to the Calcasieu Parish Coroner’s Office for autopsy.

Investigators identified 20-year-old Raymond L. Celestine IV of Church Point as a suspect.
