Herman Peanut Jones Jr., 33, was found shot to death in an industrial area of Chalmette, Louisiana, on the morning of March 17, 2013. A passerby discovered his body at about 7:30 a.m. near the New Orleans line off Paris Road; authorities said he appeared to have been dead several hours.
