Jeremy Kyle Law was a 17-year-old from Taylorsville, North Carolina, who died on June 11, 2018, two days after his high school graduation. A recent Alexander Central High School graduate with honors, he had been in ROTC for three years, worked at Giovanni’s, and was active in East Taylorsville Baptist Church and community groups including Saving Grace K-9’s and the Alexander 4H Rifle & Shotgun Team. He was a Life Scout, close to earning Eagle Scout, and enjoyed cars, working in the garage, hunting and fishing.

On the day of his death Jeremy and a friend were handling a handgun when it unexpectedly discharged, fatally wounding him. The death was ruled accidental; no arrests, suspects, or criminal charges were filed. His family and community remembered him as kind and giving.

If anyone knew Jeremy or was connected to the groups he belonged to, does anyone have memories or information to share about him?
