Deborah M. Scriven, 44, was shot to death in her Rocky Mount, North Carolina, home on December 21, 2007. She was found alongside her friend Leona Johnson, 50, in what police described as a home invasion. Scriven worked as a secretary for the Rocky Mount Police Department and had also been employed at Nash General Hospital. Her son Devin Scriven was present and critically wounded but survived.

Investigators said the shootings were not random and that the victims likely knew their attacker. Police identified a person of high interest and questioned two people of interest, but no arrest has been announced and the case remains unsolved. The Rocky Mount Police Department and Team Cold Case have offered a reward for information leading to an arrest.

Does anyone have information about Deborah, Leona, or that night that could help bring answers to the family?
