Michael Lamont Blackwell, Sr. was 37 when he was shot and killed on October 7, 2017, in the Trumbull Homes development near Willard PK-8 School in Warren, Ohio. He was in his car early that morning when an argument with another driver in a dark blue SUV escalated and multiple shots were fired. Witnesses reported hearing several gunshots; police searched for the SUV and its owner and released school surveillance video to help identify vehicles and individuals seen nearby.

Police said witnesses were uncooperative, detectives had a name of a possible suspect but gave no further details, and no arrest was announced at the time. The case remained unsolved amid a year that saw Warren record its highest homicide total in a decade.

Does anyone have information about the dark blue SUV or the people seen on the surveillance video that could help move this case forward?
