Hey everyone,
I was just reading about the tragic case of Steven Mottie Jr., and I can’t stop thinking about the impact this nightmare must have had on his family, especially his young son, Trevor. Losing a parent at any age is incredibly tough, but for a child to experience this kind of loss due to such violent and senseless circumstances must be truly devastating.
I wonder how Trevor is coping these days and if he’s found a support system to help him through. It’s so important for kids in his situation to have access to counseling or community programs. Does anyone know if there was a community effort to support Steven’s family after this tragedy? It breaks my heart thinking about the ripple effect this crime has had on the lives of the victims' families.
Sending love and strength to all those impacted. ?

I’ve been reading about the case involving Steven Mottie Jr. and something that really struck me was the courage of his family, especially his father. Despite the catastrophic experience he went through, Steven Sr.'s resilience in the face of such unimaginable trauma is incredibly admirable. It's hard to imagine the strength it takes to survive an ordeal like that and continue to advocate for your lost loved ones. I truly hope the community finds ways to continue supporting them, not just legally but emotionally as well. No one should have to endure what they went through alone. If anyone has information on local support groups or ways to help the families affected, please share. They deserve every ounce of kindness we can offer.
I’ve been thinking a lot about the toll this tragedy has taken on Steven Mottie Jr.’s family, especially on his young son, Trevor. It’s devastating to lose a father at such a young age, and I can’t even begin to imagine what he must be going through. From what I’ve heard, Steven was a devoted dad, and Trevor was his pride and joy. It must be incredibly tough for family members who have to step in and help support and guide Trevor through life without his father. My heart goes out to them, and I truly hope the community can rally around and provide the love and support he needs during this difficult time. It’s a stark reminder of how far-reaching the impact of violent crime can be, altering the lives of children who have no part in the violence.
