Daniel Agustine Ramirez was 25 when he was shot and killed at the Last Call Bar in Fremont, Ohio, on March 9, 2014. A U.S. Army veteran and truck driver, Ramirez enjoyed volleyball, basketball and playing pool and is remembered by family and friends for his kind heart and dedication to loved ones.

The shooting followed a dispute inside the bar. Igmidio Mista, 33, opened fire, killing Ramirez along with Ramiro Sanchez and Jose Andy Chavez, an off-duty Elmore police officer; a fourth patron, Ramiro Arreola, was wounded and survived. Mista was arrested and charged in the case; the families expressed deep grief at court proceedings and relief that the matter did not proceed to a full trial.

Does anyone who knew Daniel or was in Fremont that night have memories or information to share that might help preserve his memory?
