Nicholas Nazario, 39 and also from Hanover, was arrested the next day and charged with criminal homicide, discharging a firearm into an occupied structure, carrying a firearm without a license, and tampering with evidence. He was held in the Adams County Prison after bail was denied, with a preliminary hearing set for late April.
