Martin Walker Murry, 25, was fatally shot in his Detroit home in March 2011 after someone appears to have gained entry through a window near Mound Road and Outer Drive. His body was found by a family friend; he was the father of a one-year-old son.

Family and friends remember Murry as fun-loving, kind, and generous. In the months after the killing his family publicly appealed for information and his older sister Jacinta urged the community to speak out about violence in the city. Police explored some leads but no arrests have been announced and the murder remains unsolved.

If anyone knew Martin, saw activity near Mound Road and Outer Drive in March 2011, or has information that could help the family, please come forward.
