Diane Lee Todd was 18 when she disappeared from Annandale, Virginia, on the morning of April 10, 1973. She left home on Okla Drive with friends heading to school; after they reached the highway she got out and entered another vehicle and was never seen again. Friends said they did not get a clear look at that car or its driver.

Diane was last seen wearing a navy blue knitted dress with red stripes, a white coat, and medium-heeled black shoes. She had only 35 cents with her and left behind personal items, including her toothbrush and two cats. Family describe her as a responsible student who was preparing to audition for the school play and say she had never been truant and would not have left voluntarily. She had recently received an inheritance used to buy investment property; her checking account has not been used since she vanished.

The disappearance remains unsolved and is an active missing person investigation. Does anyone remember seeing Diane or the vehicle she entered that morning in Annandale?
