Michael John Wright, known as Mike, was 59 when he disappeared in April 2014. A Mahopac resident who lived at Woodcrest Gardens, his last confirmed location was on Hudson Street in Yonkers, miles from home. He was described as polite and helpful, fond of people, dogs and pizza, and someone who walked or used buses rather than owning a car.

Mike was listed as roughly six feet to six feet three inches tall, 200 to 240 pounds, with a full head of graying hair, blue slightly bulging eyes and scars on his back and one knee. When last seen he may have been wearing jeans, sneakers or boots and possibly sunglasses. No public details explain why he was in Yonkers that day.

The Town of Carmel Police Department is handling the investigation. Does anyone who knew Mike or saw him in Yonkers in April 2014 have information that could help locate him?
