Jordan Michael Mapstone, 24, of Uniontown, Pennsylvania, died February 26, 2017, at Uniontown Hospital after being shot during what was described as a fake drug deal. He was born May 27, 1992, and was remembered by family and friends as a loving father to three young children and a kind, genuine person.
According to accounts, Jordan and his girlfriend, Trisa Stickle, were lured into a robbery scheme by Arsuan Patterson and Keli Brumley. The couple had been told they could buy Xanax; instead Patterson demanded money and shot Jordan when he refused to comply. Trisa drove Jordan to the hospital, where he later died.
Patterson and Brumley were arrested and charged with homicide; Brumley also faced charges of conspiracy to commit robbery and recklessly endangering another person. Jordan’s family gathered to remember him and shared stories about the joy he brought to their lives.
If anyone knew Jordan or has information about the night he was shot, please share what you know.
