Jessica Alexandria Siguencia-Munoz was 16 when she disappeared from her Minneapolis home and was last seen on February 3, 2014. She is described as a Hispanic female with long black hair and brown eyes, about five feet, five inches tall and 130 pounds. At last sighting she reportedly wore a white jacket and black pants.

Very little else about the circumstances just before she vanished is available, and the limited public information has left many questions unanswered.

Her case remains open and continues to be shared by missing persons groups in hopes of new leads. If anyone has information about where Jessica went, please come forward.
