Nilo Balbuena, 65, went missing from Oceanside Extended Care in Miami Beach, Florida, on November 1, 2006. He was a patient with Alzheimer’s disease and was last seen by medical staff at the facility. Described as having gray hair, brown eyes, 5 feet 6 inches tall and about 154 pounds, Balbuena has not been heard from since.
