On the evening of October 20, 2015, 18-year-old Justin Revis was shot in the neck during an attempted robbery at a BP on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard in Clarksville, Tennessee. Revis was pronounced dead at the scene; a companion was assaulted and survived with non-life-threatening injuries. A gold necklace was taken before the assailants fled.
Clarksville police located suspects at a nearby home, activating the TACT Team and Crisis Negotiation Team while securing the area. Three male juveniles were taken into custody and charged with criminal homicide: 16-year-olds Dylan Felts, Navoj Dixon, and Jaynarie Jenkins. The Montgomery County Grand Jury indicted all three in March 2016. The indictment accused Jenkins of firing the fatal shot during the aggravated robbery and alleged Felts and Dixon aided in the violent theft that led to Revis’s death.
Jenkins later pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and especially aggravated robbery; Felts and Dixon pleaded guilty to especially aggravated robbery. Does anyone have information about Justin, the robbery, or the events that night?
