On August 29, 2015, three members of a Bristol, Tennessee family were shot and killed inside their Henson Road mobile home. Victims were 39-year-old Toshya Millhorn, her 36-year-old husband James Millhorn, and Toshya’s 57-year-old mother Lena Rose. A 7-year-old girl in the home was wounded; six children were present that day, five of them identified as the shooter’s half-siblings.
Police say the shooter was 19-year-old Robert Seth Denton, who entered the home armed with a rifle and fired, killing the three adults. Denton was arrested and charged with three counts of first-degree murder, aggravated assault and felony reckless endangerment. At trial he blamed his grandfather, Curtis Rose, but a jury convicted him on all counts in January 2019.
Denton was sentenced to two consecutive life terms without the possibility of parole plus five years. Does anyone have information about the family or the children who were in the home that day?
