Arnold Nathaniel Segovia, a 20-year-old Hispanic man from Conroe, Texas, was shot to death on October 22, 2021, after unknown suspects broke into his family’s home on Reaves Street. Officers arrived shortly before 3 a.m. following a disturbance call and found Segovia suffering fatal gunshot wounds; he was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators say the intruders forced open the front door and shot him as he exited his bedroom.
Segovia lived with his family; police did not disclose who else was home during the attack. The Conroe Police Department is actively investigating and asks anyone with information to reference case number 21100865. Tips also can be submitted anonymously through Multi-County Crime Stoppers, which may offer a cash reward for information leading to an arrest.
The family, including his mother Gabriela Mendez, has spoken publicly about their grief and their desire for justice. Can anyone with information about the break-in or the suspects contact the Conroe Police Department?
