Kaylor A. Campbell, 24, of Diboll, Texas, was killed on August 28, 2021. He was a passenger in a vehicle traveling north on First Street when a small dark-colored car pulled alongside the driver’s side at the First and MLK intersection; the encounter resulted in Kaylor’s death.

The Diboll Police Department, Angelina County Sheriff’s Office and the Texas Rangers have investigated the case, and Crime Stoppers has offered a reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction. No arrests have been announced. The family continues to appeal to the community for leads as the investigation remains open.
