Sandra P. De La Cruz, a 27-year-old Hispanic woman from Del Rio, Texas, was found dead after a shooting on March 7, 2021. Her body was discovered lying facedown on a gravel road at the edge of San Felipe Cemetery early that morning.
Investigators arrested two people in connection with the killing: 25-year-old Clarissa Guerra and 23-year-old Ernesto Alejandro Olguin. Olguin admitted to driving De La Cruz to the cemetery, assisting in the shooting, and disposing of her car afterward. Physical evidence recovered at the scene, including shell casings and projectiles, matched descriptions Olguin gave in his confession. Guerra was found guilty of murder and evidence tampering; Olguin was charged with murder and tampering with evidence.
Sandra’s family and friends continue to mourn her loss. Does anyone have information about Sandra’s activities in Del Rio around March 2021 or who might have seen her that day?
