Justin Bartley Williams, 49, of Graham, Texas, was found dead at his Pecan Street home on February 28, 2021 after a family member was alerted to check on him. Local and state authorities — the Graham Police Department, Texas Rangers, Young County District Attorney’s Office and Wichita Falls Crime Stoppers unit — investigated and determined Williams had been murdered.

Investigators allege the killer entered Williams’ home during a burglary and stole items, leaving in Williams’ 2002 white over black GMC Sierra. Brett Aaron Lippert, 37, of Fredericksburg, Texas, was identified as the suspect and a felony warrant for capital murder was issued. Lippert was arrested on March 3, 2021, in Temple, Texas, reportedly in possession of the stolen pickup. He was charged with capital murder, burglary of a habitation and unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Justin Williams is remembered by family as a kind, loving man who cherished his children and grandchildren. Does anyone in Graham have information about activity around Pecan Street on February 28, 2021?
