Pamela Wilson, 64, of Missouri City, Texas, was killed by gunshot wounds and found dead in her home on February 22, 2020, alongside her husband, Marshel Wilson, also 64. Their son, 22-year-old Austin Wilson, was identified as the suspect in both deaths.

Officers encountered Austin Wilson outside the residence and an exchange of gunfire followed; Austin allegedly fired at officers and was injured. Afterward, Marshel and Pamela were discovered dead inside the house. Austin was hospitalized, later charged with capital murder, and taken into custody after release; bond was set at $750,000.

The Texas Rangers and the District Attorney’s Office assisted local authorities during the investigation. Neighbors expressed disbelief and sorrow over the couple’s deaths.
