Hey everyone,
I can’t stop thinking about Noel and his passion for art. From what I’ve read and heard from people who knew him, he was seriously gifted. It’s so tragic that we’ve been robbed of seeing how his talents would have evolved over the years. You wonder what paintings he might have created, and what stories they would have told. The world feels a little less colorful without him, don’t you think?
His family and friends must be missing that vibrant part of their lives, and my heart goes out to them. Art has a way of connecting people, and it sounds like Noel’s art did just that. Anyone know if his works were maybe displayed somewhere locally before his passing? It feels important to honor his memory by remembering the beauty he brought into the world.
Does anyone else find it chilling that Noel's last moments were spent in such a public space, like the lobby of a Motel 6? The desperation he must have felt, trying to get help and gasping for those last breaths... it's tough to wrap my mind around. It makes me wonder about the kind of person Noel was, that even in his final moments he was trying to communicate exactly what had happened to him. It sounds like he was a stand-up guy, someone who cared deeply about his family and friends.
I can't help but think of his family trying to piece together those last moments and how incredibly painful that must be for them. Noel’s love for barbecuing and fishing are simple joys that now carry the weight of his absence for his loved ones. Hoping they find some peace and strength as they push for justice, and may Noel's memory live on in the hearts of those he touched.
