Sean Lindberg, 27, of Crosby, Texas, was shot to death on August 3, 2019, at the home of a woman he was dating. One of the adults shot Sean three times in the back. He managed to call his mother during the incident, saying he had been shot and expressing fear and love for his son before the call ended.
The killing was captured on surveillance video inside and outside the home. The Harris County Sheriff’s Department has sent the case to the District Attorney’s office and a grand jury review is pending; no arrests have been announced. Sean’s family says they are seeking answers and justice, particularly for his young son, and has expressed frustration at the lack of progress. Sean had recently received a promotion at work, according to his sister Michaela Lindberg.
Why did the girl leave and return with four males instead of calling 911, and who among those who arrived is responsible for the shooting?
