Phoebe Perry was 94 when she died on June 5, 2016; that death was later reclassified as a homicide. Investigators tied her death to a series of fatalities among elderly women in North Texas that were linked to Billy Chemirmir, a former home health aide who was charged with multiple counts of capital murder. Authorities say Chemirmir allegedly smothered victims with a pillow and targeted elderly women for their valuables; items reported stolen from victims were found in his possession.

Perry’s death was first recorded as natural causes before a later investigation concluded it was a homicide. Chemirmir’s 2018 arrest prompted a review of hundreds of similar cases and has led families to file lawsuits alleging negligence by senior living facilities that may have allowed him access to residents.

Does anyone have information about Phoebe Perry’s final residence, care arrangements, or contacts who might help clarify what happened on June 5, 2016?
