Sandra Sapaugh was 19 and African American when her remains were recovered on land tied to Billy Mansfield. Her remains were found among multiple graves on Mansfield’s family property in Florida during the investigation into his pattern of abduction, assault, and murder of women and girls, and that discovery linked her death to his series of crimes.

No other suspects or arrests in her case have been reported beyond Mansfield. The recovery of her remains was one of the pieces of evidence that connected multiple victims to Mansfield’s activities.

If anyone knew Sandra, her last movements, or has information about her death, please share what is known with investigators.
