The Monroe Police Department, assisted by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, the Walton County Sheriff’s Office and the Newton County Sheriff’s Office, identified two teenage suspects from Covington. One young man is dead and another remains hospitalized; many details about motive and what led to the shootings are not yet public.
