I can't stop thinking about the location of Maurice Davis's shooting on Auburn Avenue. It's such a quiet residential neighborhood, and the fact that something so violent happened there is terrifying. I used to feel so safe walking around there during the evenings. This is a small community, and everyone seems to know each other, which makes this tragedy feel even more personal for us all. I can’t imagine what Maurice's family is going through right now. They deserve answers and justice, and I hope anyone with even the smallest bit of information will call in. If it was your loved one, you would want the same. Stay safe, everyone.
