A family argument in Manlius, New York, turned deadly on April 6, 2025. During a verbal dispute outside a residence on Elmbrook Drive, 39-year-old Kenquan Davis of Syracuse tried to leave in his vehicle and was struck by a gunshot. He lost control, crashed into a tree on Garrett Drive, and was found wounded inside his car around 4 p.m. Emergency personnel transported him to SUNY Upstate Hospital, where he died of his injuries.
Manlius Police identified 48-year-old Radu Turner, Davis’s uncle, as a person of interest and public safety alerts described Turner as a six-foot-tall Black male last seen in a dark grey 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee with New York plate LHX-5697. A warrant was issued charging Turner with murder and criminal possession of a weapon; Turner had a prior state prison record for drug and weapons convictions.
Did anyone in the Manlius or Syracuse area see the Jeep or have information about the argument that preceded the shooting?
