Andree’ Mosley Jr., 19, was shot and killed just after 2 a.m. on Saturday, June 14, 2025, outside a home in the 24000 block of Rivers Edge Drive in the Stonewater Creek area east of Millsboro. Troopers found Mosley outside the residence and rendered aid; he was pronounced dead at the scene. Two other men were wounded nearby and taken to a hospital with injuries not believed to be life-threatening.

Investigators say Mosley and the two men had gone to the home to see a woman who knew Mosley and 25-year-old Marcus Harris. According to the Delaware State Police, an argument between Mosley and the woman escalated into a physical fight between Mosley and Harris, during which Harris shot Mosley and then fired at the other men. Harris was arrested inside the residence without incident and charged with first-degree murder, two counts of attempted first-degree murder, and three counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony; he was arraigned and committed on a $480,000 cash bond.

Mosley’s residence is listed as Ellendale; local reports noted he was a recent Cape Henlopen High School graduate and a former high-school football player. If anyone knew Andree’ Mosley or has information about what happened that night, please come forward.
