Hey everyone, I've been keeping up with the tragic case of Juan Coc Xo, and it's just been on my mind nonstop. Today, something struck me about the timeline—I can't help but think about that stretch from when it happened on August 17 until the arrest on September 21. That's more than a month where the community must have been on edge, waiting and worrying. I mean, living in that neighborhood, knowing someone was out there capable of such violence must have been terrifying. And on the flip side, I can only imagine the relief, mixed with grief, when the arrest of Anthony Michael Felix was finally announced. It's such an emotionally charged situation for everyone—Juan's family and friends, and the local community who lost one of their own in such a shocking way. I just hope, moving forward, there’s some sense of peace for those deeply affected. There’s really no timeline for healing from something like this, but I believe communities can and do come together to support each other in tough times. Sending thoughts to all who knew and loved Juan Coc Xo. Stay safe, everyone.

I’ve been following this case closely, and I can’t stop thinking about Juan Coc Xo’s friend who was with him that night. It must be so traumatic to witness something like that. I hope they have a strong support system around them. Experiencing a violent crime is terrifying enough, but losing a friend to such a senseless act? I can't even imagine the emotional burden. The authorities seem focused on Felix as acting alone, but has there been any update on whether the friend has been able to provide additional information or if there's been any support offered to them? Wishing peace and healing for everyone affected by this tragedy.
