Does anyone else find it chilling how close this incident was to a school? Knowing that St. Mary of the Assumption Elementary is just a stone's throw away from where Edward Muñoz was found is unsettling, to say the least. It makes me think about the vulnerability of our communities and the places where we expect our kids to be safe.
I can only imagine the fear and confusion this must have caused for everyone involved, especially the families who live in the area or have children attending the school. I really hope that measures are being taken to support the community and that they are kept informed about the progress in this case.
