In the early morning hours of July 20, 1990, John Ramsay IV, 34, was found with a gunshot wound to the chest at 540 Maple Street in Manchester, New Hampshire. A call came in at 2:04 a.m.; emergency services transported Ramsay to a local hospital but his wound proved fatal and he was pronounced dead.

Police opened an investigation that has since gone cold. The New Hampshire Department of Justice lists the case as an open and unsolved homicide and no arrests have been announced.
